By submitting the reference number & security code printed on gift certificate, the experience can be booked through Live It’s own online booking system or by contacting our customer service.

* If the new experience is cheaper than the original one, the remaining amount of money can be used to purchase any other experience from Live It portfolio of experiences. In case that the new experience is more expensive than the original one the remaining amount can be paid through our payment system.
